Gustavo Lema: "We Could Have Won All Three Points"
Gustavo Lema, the coach of the Bolivian national team, was disappointed with his team's 1-1 draw against Chile in their opening match of the Copa América.
"We could have won all three points,"
Lema said. "We had the chances to do so, but we didn't take them."
Bolivia took the lead in the first half through Marcelo Martins, but Chile equalized in the second half through Eduardo Vargas.
"We made some mistakes that allowed Chile to get back into the game," Lema said. "We need to learn from these mistakes and improve in our next match."
Bolivia's next match is against Uruguay on June 18.
"We know that Uruguay is a strong team," Lema said. "But we believe that we can get a result against them."
