## Magnussen Drops Out Of Sao Paulo GP; Bearman Steps Up
It's an all-change at the Haas Formula 1 team for this weekend's Sao Paulo Grand Prix, with Kevin Magnussen forced to withdraw on medical grounds and ex-Formula 2 frontrunner Jamie Chadwick stepping into his car this weekend
The FIA has confirmed this morning that Magnussen will not be racing at Interlagos this weekend due to an unspecified medical condition. He will be replaced by 2022 FIA Formula 2 Championship runner-up Liam Bearman, who had been due to take part in this weekend's Porsche Carrera Cup round at Monza
Bearman a worthy replacement for Magnussen
Bearman is a highly-rated young driver who has impressed in Formula 2 and Formula 3 this year. He finished second in the F2 standings behind Felipe Drugovich and took a stunning pole around his home circuit, Silverstone
This will be his first F1 weekend and it should be interesting to see how he performs against the established drivers on the grid. He will have a lot to learn but I'm sure he will give a good account of yourself
Haas yet to confirm Magnussen's replacement for Abu Dhabi GP
It's not yet clear who will replace Magnussen in the Haas for the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The team has said that it will announce its plans in due course.
One possibility is that Nico Hulkenberg could make his second appearance for the team this year. Hulkenberg stood in for Sebastian Vettel at the Aston Martin team earlier this year and he performed well
Another option would be to give Antonio Giovinazzi his F1 debut. Giovinazzi has been linked with a move to Haas for several months and he would be a solid choice to replace Magnussen
