NFL Analyst Blasts Colts Offense As "Dysfunctional" With New QB Richardson

A former NFL analyst has sounded off on the Colts' offense under new quarterback Nick Richardson, calling it "dysfunctional" and "directionless."

The analyst, who was granted anonymity, said the Colts' offense has been "a mess" since Richardson took over at quarterback.

"He's not making good decisions," the analyst said. "He's not throwing the ball accurately. And he's not making the offense any better."

The analyst also criticized the Colts' play-calling, saying it has been "predictable" and "unimaginative."

"They're not doing anything to help Richardson succeed," the analyst said. "They're just running the same old plays over and over again."

The analyst said the Colts' offense is "unfixable" with Richardson at quarterback.

"I don't see any way they can turn things around with him," the analyst said. "They need to make a change at quarterback, and they need to do it soon."

The Colts are 0-3 since Richardson took over as quarterback. They have scored just 20 points in those three games.
